Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of precious metals markets, all bullion sales are final once shipped.

Bullion products include gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bars, rounds, and coins whose pricing is based primarily on metal content.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bullion items after shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@greenstonecoins.com so we can promptly investigate and resolve the issue.

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled at our discretion and may be subject to a market-based cancellation fee.
